Description
Bosch is seeking a System Engineer and Technical Project Manager to develop powertrain and vehicle control systems for motorcycle manufacturers in Japan and abroad. The role serves as the technical interface for Japanese OEM customers, manages requirements and project plans, coordinates global engineering teams, leads technical problem-solving, and verifies system performance through vehicle evaluation and data analysis. The position requires business-level Japanese communication, basic electrical, mechanical, or control engineering knowledge, system or product development experience, and English proficiency; motorcycle or automotive development experience is preferred. Hybrid work is available, with frequent domestic travel and possible overseas travel.
