A&R is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer / Set Up Operator for its aerospace and defense manufacturing facility. The hybrid role combines CNC programming and setup, first-article validation, machine-operator training, quoting, router development, tooling selection, and shop workflow organization. The position requires 7+ years of aerospace CNC machining experience, proficiency with Mastercam or Fusion 360, knowledge of G-code, GD&T, blueprint reading, and AS9100/AS9102-regulated environments, and the ability to work with ITAR-controlled information.
