Description
Renesas is hiring multiple Equipment Maintenance Engineers for its Yonezawa factory to support the establishment and stable operation of a new AI-related power module production line. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement, new equipment introduction and acceptance, automation equipment maintenance, downtime reduction, and coordination with manufacturing, quality assurance, and production engineering departments. Candidates need manufacturing equipment maintenance or production equipment engineering experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, troubleshooting and improvement experience, communication skills, and availability for shift work. The position follows a hybrid work model with two remote days and office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
