The company is hiring an experienced operator in Wevelgem to help convert insulation waste into usable raw material. The role involves operating and maintaining machines, checking product quality, cleaning workspaces, monitoring safety, replenishing materials, loading and unloading trucks, sorting waste, and assisting technicians. The position starts in two shifts and may require three shifts, requires Dutch and machine-operation skills, and offers a full-time role with an attractive base wage of €18 per hour plus shift premiums, training, and the possibility of a permanent contract.
