Description
The Operator will run, set up, and convert production, filling, and packaging equipment for clinical nutrition products; prepare raw materials and mixtures; monitor production from the shop floor and control room; perform in-process quality checks and documentation; and resolve minor technical issues through first-line maintenance. The role requires MBO education at level 2, 3, or 4, operator experience, technical aptitude, willingness to work a three-shift schedule, and Dutch proficiency. It is a full-time temporary contract with a prospect of permanent employment, offering a gross monthly salary of €3,936 to €4,700 including shift allowance, plus shift allowance, year-end bonus, pension, vacation, and training benefits.
