Description
The Textile Production Operator sets up, operates, and monitors production machines; applies chemical treatments such as bleaching, dyeing, and flame-retardant treatment; tests product quality; resolves minor machine issues; and contributes to safety, process, and product optimization. The role is full-time on a rotating three-shift schedule, requires MBO level 2/3 ability and Dutch proficiency, and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,080–€3,200 with a temporary contract and possible permanent employment.
