Description
The client is hiring a Technical Operator to work three shifts operating and adjusting blow extrusion machines, monitoring and changing color and weight parameters, analyzing quality results, resolving minor technical problems, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires strong Dutch, technical aptitude, mechanical ability, a category B driving license, and previous operator experience. It offers a permanent contract after a successful introductory period, starting pay of €18.42 per hour and €20.14 per hour after training, shift premiums, additional vacation days, and intensive training.
