Description
The employer is hiring a 3-shift operator for an environmental and recycling production environment. The role involves setting up and changing over two production lines, operating and troubleshooting equipment, performing quality checks, communicating with the shift supervisor, carrying out line maintenance, and loading machines with a forklift, overhead crane, or manually. Candidates should have similar operator experience, preferably forklift, overhead crane, and aerial work-platform certificates, knowledge of mechanics and electricity, strong safety awareness, Dutch language proficiency, and willingness to work three shifts. The position offers training, a permanent contract after a positive interim period, starting pay of 17 euros per hour, meal vouchers, shift premiums, hospitalization insurance, and internal guidance.
