Description
The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, changing over, and adjusting a production line; identifying and resolving malfunctions; monitoring product quality and process progress; and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. The role is full-time, requires a three-shift schedule, and is based within a 30 km radius of Drachten. Compensation is €2,750–€3,250 gross per month plus a 15% shift allowance, with travel reimbursement, vacation days, and career development opportunities.
