Description
The Operator will work in a three-shift production environment operating and setting up machines, monitoring and adjusting the production process, performing quality checks, resolving minor malfunctions, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, collaborating with colleagues, and reporting deviations. The role requires at least MBO-level working and thinking ability, prior operator or production experience, technical insight, a practical attitude, accuracy, an eye for quality, Dutch language proficiency, and willingness to work the three-shift schedule. The salary is €2,700–€2,900 gross per month excluding shift allowance, with additional benefits including vacation, pension, training, and advancement opportunities.
