Description
The Operator will set up and convert filling lines, monitor production, perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, carry out light machine maintenance, and maintain a safe and organized workplace. The role requires an MBO diploma, preferably in a technical field, prior production or operator experience, machine-operation experience, and the ability to work a three-shift schedule. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,300 to €4,260 including shift allowance, a 36-to-40-hour workweek, vacation benefits, travel expense reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to Senior Operator or Team Leader.
