Description
Nyrstar is hiring a Smelter Operator in Pelt to control smelter processes, monitor equipment and production quality, intervene during process deviations, consult with colleagues on safety, and implement work-floor improvements. The role requires technical insight, strong safety awareness, accurate and proactive intervention, fluent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a hot environment with chemical products. It follows a three-shift schedule, offers up to €21.0684 per hour plus an 18.95 percent shift premium, and provides a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
