The role performs routine, type, and special electrical tests on transformers, evaluates their performance for real-world installation, standardizes test procedures, supports client inspections, prepares technical reports and calculations, analyzes test results, and identifies divergences. It requires a complete secondary technical education, with electronic, electrotechnical, or electromechanical technician training preferred, and mandates safety and PEMH courses after admission.
