Description
Black River Health is hiring a full-time 340B Compliance Program Lead to oversee compliance with HRSA 340B regulations, monitor regulatory changes, manage program operations across registration, purchasing, billing, inventory, and contract pharmacy compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Business Intelligence, and Pharmacy leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of 340B compliance requirements, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and 340B ACE certification within one year of hire; a master's degree or PharmD and three to five years of healthcare 340B compliance experience are preferred. The position is Monday–Friday, day-shift, benefits eligible, and remote eligible.
