Description
The Multifunctional Operator/Facilitator, Horizontal Lathe/Conventional/CNC operates conventional and CNC horizontal lathes, machines medium- and high-complexity parts, prepares and modifies CNC programs, inspects work, performs minor maintenance, and trains lower-level operators. The role requires a complete technical high school, technical-mechanics or electromechanical-technician background, hoist-operator training, and knowledge of machining, mechanical drawings, CNC controls, and quality systems.
