CEA is hiring a 36-month fixed-term CMOS Transistor Electrical Characterization Engineer in Grenoble, France. The role develops and characterizes FDSOI microelectronic devices at 7 and 10 nm nodes, analyzes electrical measurements performed with probe stations and automated test benches, programs test benches in Python, improves characterization methods and tools, and presents results to project teams and managers. The position requires a master’s-level education in physics or microelectronics, preferably supplemented by a PhD, with initial experience in the electrical characterization of microelectronic devices and strong Python programming skills.
