The Industrial Engineer analyzes less complex transformer manufacturing processes and supports proposals for acquiring, implementing, or improving machines, equipment, work methods, tools, materials, and layouts. The role also assists with economic feasibility studies and similar activities. Mandatory qualifications include a completed high school; preferred qualifications include computer skills, mechanical drawing interpretation, measuring-instrument reading, and basic industrial mechanics.
