Description
The role analyzes nonconformities in products and processes, investigates their causes, implements solutions, records inspection results, and supports corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality. Responsibilities include inspecting finished active parts and cores, identifying improvement opportunities, using quality tools, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements and customer expectations. The position requires a complete technical high school education and experience as a mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics technician, along with teamwork, initiative, systems thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
