Description
The role involves assembling active parts and cores for complex transformers in the Dry section. The active-part assembler checks operation sheets, assembles transformer components, makes high- and low-voltage connections, performs TTR electrical tests, and completes documentation. The core assembler interprets drawings, prepares fixtures, layers core sheets, measures dimensions, and applies paint, estecar, straps, and Araldite. The position requires completed high school, NR-11 crane and pallet-truck operator courses, and offers profit sharing, pension, health and dental coverage, meals, a clinic, and other benefits.
