Description
The Machine Operator/Mechanic sets up and operates food-packaging equipment, monitors product quality and food-safety limits, performs label and coding checks, records downtime, adjusts line speeds, conducts equipment checks, cleans the work area, and works on various lines. The role may train seasonal Machine Laborers, handle multiple machines, and participate in company activities. It requires a high school education or equivalency, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an indoor food-production environment.
