Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Helper assists with preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, including disassembly and assembly, repair, adjustment, lubrication, material requests, welding, machining, and maintenance of piping and production-support devices. The role also involves reading technical drawings and standards, recording maintenance activities, and maintaining a clean workplace. A high school diploma and the NR-35 safety course are required, while teamwork, organization, initiative, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking are preferred.
