Description
The Mechanical Field Service Technician provides on-site assembly, disassembly, servicing, installation, and repair of WEG turbines, gearboxes, and related equipment at customer facilities. The role includes preparing daily and technical reports, diagnosing and resolving field problems, documenting nonconformities, quantifying resources, and supporting customer projects. Candidates must have completed a technical high school and hold the specified NR-11, NR-35, and NR-33 certifications; a mechanical technician education and basic English are preferred. The role covers equipment with a power rating below 5 MW.
