Description
The Network Support Engineer handles Level 1 incidents and service requests, performs root-cause analysis, and carries out technical changes to IP and analog telecommunications infrastructure. The role includes administering network equipment, switches, routers, access points, firewalls, phones, communication links, security patches, documentation, IVR recordings, and automation scripts, while supporting other IT teams and infrastructure projects. Mandatory qualifications include technical education in information technology, telecommunications, information systems, or a related field; desirable qualifications include intermediate English, Cisco products, network administration, telephony, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, BGP, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN, network operating systems, cloud concepts, ADC systems, microservices, information security, and advanced computing skills.
