HyTech Spring and Machine is hiring a 3D Spring Machine Set-Up & Operator to prepare, operate, and maintain spring manufacturing equipment. The role includes setting up and tearing down machines, running production, performing first-piece inspections and tooling adjustments, measuring parts, maintaining production records, supporting multiple machines, and following safety and quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, precision measurement experience, the ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot equipment, and strong problem-solving, teamwork, and multitasking skills; technical training or an apprenticeship is preferred. The position involves frequent standing, bending, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 pounds or moving items up to 50 pounds.
