Description
Flex is hiring an Industrial Scene Modeler to independently create 3D models of factories, workshops, warehouses, production lines, fixtures, and equipment from CAD layout drawings. The role covers UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, model optimization, digital twin scene integration, animation, and maintenance of 3D project files and asset libraries. Candidates need an associate degree or higher in a relevant field, 2–3 years of industrial scene-modeling experience with 3ds Max, a portfolio, and proficiency with 3ds Max, AutoCAD, PBR materials, and file formats such as FBX; experience with SketchUp, FlexSim, Unity, and digital twin initiatives is preferred.
