MANTECH is hiring a full-time 3M Program Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii, for an onsite position supporting the Commander Naval Surface Pacific 3M program. The role coordinates with shipboard maintenance and material management staff, supports maintenance and logistics databases, oversees integrated class maintenance plans and quality assurance, reviews bulk loads, and coordinates with shipboard and shore-based 3M coordinators. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least five years of Ship’s 3M coordinator experience, at least ten years of Naval ship experience, and a current or active Secret security clearance. The projected compensation range is $98,000 to $163,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.
