Description
The 3P Sourcing and Category Manager owns third-party procurement and account management for key customers while also managing assigned produce or grocery categories. The role leads ingredient sourcing, vendor performance, contract negotiations, demand planning, purchasing strategy, and supply-chain contingency planning, and manages a Buyer Analyst. It requires 2–4 years of relevant category or wholesale procurement experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus three years, and knowledge of food categories, financial forecasting, quality standards, and applicable certifications. The position is full-time exempt and pays $95,000–$105,000 annually, with stock options, unlimited PTO, health, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, and a 401(k).
