Description
The 3PL & Logistics Operations Coordinator will manage daily performance, billing, exceptions, and improvement initiatives across third-party warehouses, carriers, and cross-border logistics partners. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory adjustments; tracking shipment and loss-and-damage metrics; auditing invoices; handling capacity, customs, and inventory issues; and maintaining SLA scorecards and corrective-action plans. The role requires Shenzhen-based work, at least two years of relevant experience, Excel or Sheets reconciliation and dashboard skills, and clear English communication.
