The role requires at least five years of 3PL business experience, advanced knowledge of logistics applications such as TMW, DAT, Loadlink, and ITS, expert Excel skills, North American geography knowledge, strong negotiation and communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate and train logistics operations staff.
