IDEA Public Schools is hiring an IDEA Academy teacher to deliver rigorous instruction, assess student mastery, track progress, communicate with families, manage behavior, and support college readiness for IDEA students. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, content-area proficiency, and at least 40 hours per week at school; K-3 teachers must have appropriate Reading Academies certification or be able to obtain required Texas training. Compensation starts at $59,500 for teachers with zero years of experience, with additional stipends, performance-based compensation, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid family leave, and tuition reimbursement.
