Aspire Technology Solutions is hiring a full-time 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to resolve complex network and security incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams. The role focuses on Fortinet firewalls and security, Extreme switching and wireless infrastructure, Cisco routing and switching, core networking, VPNs, SD-WAN, network security, remote customer support, incident resolution, change management, documentation, and mentoring. The position is based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office with travel as required, pays a starting salary of £40,000 plus per annum, and offers a benefits package including a health cash plan, pension, enhanced leave, and other employee benefits.
