The role provides advanced technical support across servers, applications, end-user computing, infrastructure, telephony, Microsoft cloud services, networking, and business-critical systems; acts as an escalation point; supports projects, cybersecurity, compliance, documentation, and ITIL service-management processes; and provides on-site support at UK locations when needed.
