DuPont is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, also known as a Technical Operations Engineer, to join their managed service technical operations team. The role involves supporting infrastructure, network, and security management across a 24/7 operational environment, covering client sites as needed. Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles, with specific expertise in firewall solutions, Fortinet SDWAN, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi. They should also demonstrate proficiency in managing IT security controls like SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection.
