The Third Operations Operator supports post-production processing in a PCBA manufacturing environment by performing depaneling, press-fit operations, mechanical assembly, hardware installation, inspection, production tracking, and packout preparation. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow work instructions and assembly drawings, use of hand tools and production equipment, ESD practices, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position pays $23–$25 USD and may require access to export-controlled technical data.
