Vermont Composite is hiring a 3rd-shift Cutting Table Operator with backup autoclave-operator duties. The role operates a CNC cutting machine to prepare kits for job orders, performs hand cutting, processes travelers, maintains material and adhesive inventory, supports freezer and TATS traceability through Epicor and Excel, and assists with scheduling, machine setup, and preventive maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two to five years of manufacturing experience, computer and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The hiring range is $17.06 to $21.33 per hour.
