Description
The Welding Finisher operates and adjusts welders, completes product-finishing work, inspects welds and product quality, records work-order information, troubleshoots equipment and process problems, and meets or exceeds throughput expectations. The role includes Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 responsibilities, with Level 3 operators potentially serving as designated trainers and finishing inspectors. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and the position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of employment. A high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, is required.
