Plasman is immediately hiring a Process Technician in Lawrenceburg to support thermoplastic injection molding operations. The role covers setting up and qualifying molds, troubleshooting machines and processes, developing production specifications, applying PPAP and TS procedures, investigating customer complaints, supporting A-Teams, conducting training, and assisting with continuous improvement. Candidates need experience with thermoplastic injection molding setup and processing, knowledge of molding machines and plastic resins, basic mold and tooling understanding, process-controller and rheology knowledge, computer skills, and problem-solving ability.
