Description
The 3rd Shift Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor oversees inbound and outbound warehouse operations, inventory integrity, carrier compliance, staffing, employee performance, safety, and continuous improvement for an 8-hour 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. shift. The role reports to the Director – Supply Chain, requires hands-on forklift work for 30% of the work week, and offers a base salary plus a 10% monthly bonus target. Required qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent work experience, inventory and warehouse experience, WMS experience, cross-functional communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluent English; food-production experience, three years of warehouse or inventory experience, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred.
