Unique Industries is hiring a Team Lead– First Shift for its Receiving Department at a Virginia warehouse. The role supports the department manager and senior lead by delegating work, monitoring accuracy, troubleshooting processes, maintaining records, directing order stacking and inspection, providing feedback and training, and supporting safety and quality. The position requires strong communication, mathematical, typing, computer, and MS Office skills, with JDE/WMS knowledge, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and independent work capability. One year of distribution or manufacturing experience is preferred, and the minimum pay is $20.00.
