Description
The Load and Haul Manager oversees all live-bird grow-out, loading, transport, and harvest activities for turkeys. The role supervises associates, coordinates kill and harvest schedules, manages loading equipment and contracted haul vendors, maintains animal-welfare and safety standards, and ensures birds arrive live at the production plant. It requires five years of turkey-loading and hauling experience, prior supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
