Description
This is a hands-on, non-production plant maintenance role responsible for preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, rebuilds, projects, and equipment inspections under the supervision of a Maintenance and Refrigeration Manager. The role also trains and coaches other technicians, tracks parts usage, manages contracted projects, and may assist Refrigeration Specialists and participate in HAZMAT activities. It requires machine-repair or accredited certification, five years of machine-repair experience, PLC and VFD troubleshooting, TIG stainless-steel welding, communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in wet, cold, confined, and physically demanding environments.
