Description
DwyerOmega is hiring Machine Operators for its Wire/Respool and Connection/Automation production areas. The Wire/Respool role operates wire-processing equipment, sets up and adjusts machines, inspects wire, maintains equipment, and follows safety and quality procedures; it trains on the first shift for six months before moving to the third shift. The Connection/Automation role operates automated equipment, prepares materials, inspects products, records production data, performs adjustments and minor repairs, and troubleshoots issues. Both roles require at least three years of machine-operation experience, mechanical aptitude, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to work around machinery for extended periods.
