Description
The Machine Operator will operate rotational molding machines under supervision, monitor demolded plastic parts for quality, perform material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations, and inspection, and conduct prescribed preventative maintenance. The role requires attention to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and inventory; the ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, communicate defects and production needs, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred, prior rotational molding experience is preferred, and the position involves standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, manual dexterity, and exposure to heat, noise, odors, fumes, and moving mechanical parts.
