Quad is hiring a Machine Operator Trainee – Ink Production for its Chemical Research & Technology facility in Hartford, Wisconsin. The role provides paid, hands-on training while learning to operate ink-dispersion manufacturing equipment, load raw materials, monitor production, assist with specialty ink and coating production, handle materials, unload tanker trucks and railcars, and follow safety and quality procedures. The position is scheduled for a Monday–Wednesday night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with overtime opportunities, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour night-shift premium.
