Gorton’s is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 for its new processing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. The role supports plant operations by locating parts, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC equipment, completing work orders in a CMMS, performing TIG/MIG/Stick welding, and coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, vendors, and food-safety requirements. Candidates need five years of electrical experience with PLCs and five years of industrial maintenance experience, along with teamwork, problem-solving, and minimal-supervision capabilities.
