Description
ABM is hiring a MND Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise facility maintenance technicians for Mercedes facilities. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, work assignments, safety compliance, emergency repairs, quality inspections, client communication, and service delivery, while also supporting hiring, training, audits, and operational readiness. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of facility or building maintenance experience including supervisory experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and the ability to obtain a Mercedes security clearance and airfield access. The position operates on a 10 PM–6:30 AM weekday shift in a fast-paced airport environment.
