Description
The Shift Maintenance Supervisor will lead and coach maintenance technicians, tool makers, electricians, and other associates across shifts; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance; plan and assign maintenance tasks; maintain equipment uptime; coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors; develop personnel capabilities; and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operating standards. The role is based in Lexington, Ohio, with minimal to no travel.
