The role manages production schedules, capacity and materials planning, operational meetings, quality and cost-of-quality analysis, safety compliance, employee development, hiring, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires formal supervisory responsibilities, technical and operational problem-solving, and may involve 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.
