Superior is hiring a full-time 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor for its Old Hickory, Tennessee facility. The role leads third-shift warehouse operations, including receiving and stocking materials, loading trucks, inventory controls, production preparation, employee assignment, maintenance documentation, safety compliance, and shift handoffs. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of operations experience, forklift certification, strong safety awareness, and effective communication skills; supervisory experience is preferred. The position pays a base hourly rate plus $2.00 per hour for all hours worked on the third shift and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
