The Manufacturing Operator operates and maintains production equipment, follows standard operating procedures, adjusts process settings, inspects product quality, performs routine analytical testing, completes production logs, and coordinates with lab technicians. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, and at least one year of process and equipment experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, fermentation, biotechnology, or a related field. The position involves varied shifts and overtime, physical work in a manufacturing environment, and domestic travel of 0–5%.
